Product care

To maintain the quality and appearance of your necklace:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.
• Remove the necklace before swimming, showering, or physical activity.
• When not in use, store it in a cool, dry place.

Damage and suspected manufacturing defects

If an item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, email info@latterhouse.ca with your order number and details of the concern. We will review the information and communicate the available next steps.

Warranty information

Latter House does not currently publish a fixed warranty duration or promise an automatic refund, replacement, repair, or other guaranteed remedy. Any concern will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. This page does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not make additional claims here about materials, water resistance, or expected product lifespan.
